At Tristar Immigration, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service. However, we understand that plans may change and you might need to cancel your application. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation Policy

  1. Before Processing Begins: If you cancel your service before we begin the processing of your application, you are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid, minus a service charge to cover administrative costs.
  2. After Processing Has Begun: Once the processing of your application has started, the following will apply:
    • Within 24 hours of commencement: You can cancel the service but will be eligible for only 50% of the total fee paid.
    • After 24 hours: No refunds will be issued once processing has exceeded 24 hours.
  3. Cancellation by Tristar Immigration: If for any reason we are unable to process your application or if the service is discontinued, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise requested by the client.


  • Government Fees and Third-Party Charges: Please note that any government fees or charges paid on your behalf to third parties are not refundable by Tristar Immigration.
  • Special Circumstances: In case of visa denial due to client non-compliance with the required documentation or providing false information, no refund will be issued. If the denial is due to other reasons, the case will be reviewed on an individual basis.
