Acceptance and business identity
This website and the Tristar Immigration services described on it are operated by Tristar Infinity Services LLP. By using the website, submitting an enquiry or asking us to begin work, you agree to these general terms and any additional written terms accepted for a specific service.
Tristar Immigration is an independent consultancy. We are not a government authority, embassy, consulate, visa application centre, immigration department or decision-making body.
Nature of our services
The precise service depends on the written scope agreed with you. Services may include consultation, preliminary profile review, visa or immigration route information, document checklists, form and document review, application preparation, appointment support, interview preparation, language or education guidance and coordination with selected third-party providers.
Our role is to explain a process, help organise information and support preparation. We do not exercise the legal powers of an authority and do not replace advice from a qualified lawyer, tax adviser, investment adviser or government official where that specialist advice is required.
What Tristar does not control
Governments, embassies, consulates, visa centres, border officers, educational institutions, employers, test providers, insurers and other third parties control their own requirements and decisions.
- Visa, permit, permanent residence, admission, employment, insurance, test and entry decisions.
- Appointment availability, biometric dates, interview dates and the operation of official portals.
- Processing times, requests for more information, background checks and administrative processing.
- Changes to laws, program quotas, invitation scores, fees, exchange rates and document requirements.
- The accuracy, availability and security of a third-party website or service.
No Tristar employee or representative may guarantee an appointment, invitation, job, admission, visa, permit, refund from a third party or favourable decision.
Written scope, deliverables and service agreement
Before paid work begins, the service should be identified in a quotation, engagement message, invoice or written agreement. That record should explain the applicant or applicants covered, the work included, client responsibilities, professional fees, payment schedule and any important exclusions.
Work outside the agreed scope, a new country or visa category, a fresh application after refusal, substantial profile changes or additional family members may require a revised scope and fee. If a specific service agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the service agreement controls for that engagement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Client responsibilities
A reliable application depends on complete, truthful and current information. You are responsible for the facts, documents and declarations submitted in your name, even where Tristar helps prepare or review them.
- Disclose previous refusals, overstays, criminal or immigration issues and other material history when relevant.
- Review every form, statement and document before approving submission.
- Provide readable, authentic and unaltered records by the requested deadline.
- Tell us promptly about changes to employment, finances, family circumstances, passport details, contact details or travel plans.
- Attend appointments, interviews, tests and biometrics and follow official instructions.
- Keep your own copies of applications, receipts, correspondence and original documents.
Authenticity and prohibited instructions
Tristar will not knowingly prepare or submit false, misleading, fabricated or materially incomplete information. We may refuse, pause or end work if a client asks us to conceal a fact, create a false record, misrepresent employment or finances, misuse an appointment system or take another improper action.
Ending work for this reason does not make completed work or incurred third-party costs refundable. Any further handling will follow the service agreement and applicable law.
Professional fees, invoices and taxes
Professional fees pay for the agreed consultancy and support work, not for a particular government or third-party result. Fees, instalments, taxes and payment milestones are stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or service agreement.
A delay in providing information or a decision to pause your plans does not automatically cancel an amount already due for work completed. Do not make payment to an unverified personal account; use the official Tristar payment instructions and confirm that the receiver is Tristar Infinity Services LLP.
Government and other third-party charges
Government application fees, visa-centre charges, test fees, appointment charges, translation, courier, insurance, medical, police-certificate, credential-assessment, education and similar third-party costs are separate unless the written scope expressly states otherwise.
These amounts can change and are governed by the provider that receives them. Tristar cannot promise that a third party will accept, transfer or refund a payment.
Documents, forms and submissions
We review information based on the documents and instructions available at the time. A review reduces avoidable errors but does not certify that a document is genuine, guarantee that evidence is sufficient or prevent an authority from asking for more information.
You must approve the final information before submission. Where a portal requires the applicant to make a declaration, verify identity or control a personal account, you may need to complete that step directly. Original documents remain your responsibility unless written custody arrangements say otherwise.
Timelines, appointments and changing requirements
Any timeline we discuss is an estimate based on information available at that time. Official processing, appointment availability, document issuance, courier movement and third-party responses may change without notice.
You should avoid irreversible travel, employment or financial commitments until the relevant authority has issued the required approval and you have checked its conditions. Tristar may update a document list or preparation plan when official requirements change.
Communication and authority to act
Use the official phone, email, WhatsApp or office channel confirmed by Tristar. You are responsible for checking messages and responding by the stated deadlines. We are not responsible for delay caused by an incorrect contact detail, an unread message or information withheld from us.
We will not discuss a client file with a family member, employer, agent or other person unless the client has authorised that communication or disclosure is otherwise permitted or required.
Suspension, cancellation and termination
Either party may request that a service be paused or ended, subject to the written agreement, work completed, amounts due, third-party commitments and urgent deadlines. Tristar may suspend work for overdue payment, missing information, abusive conduct, a conflict, an authenticity concern or an instruction we cannot lawfully or professionally follow.
The cancellation and refund policies should be read together with the engagement-specific agreement. Ending a service does not reverse work already completed or third-party costs already incurred.
Website content and intellectual property
Website articles, calculators, checklists and examples are general information and may become outdated as rules change. Calculator results are estimates, not eligibility decisions or invitations. Always check current official instructions for the destination and application category.
Tristar branding, original website copy, layouts and materials may not be copied, republished or presented as another consultancy’s work without permission. You may keep materials provided for your own application and personal records.
Responsibility, concerns and applicable terms
To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for an engagement is assessed against the written scope, the information supplied, work actually performed and any direct loss established under the governing agreement. Tristar is not responsible for an authority or third party exercising its own powers or changing its rules.
If you have a service concern, contact us promptly with your client reference, the service involved and the outcome you are seeking. The dispute, governing-law and forum terms in the applicable service agreement will apply where stated.
