Cancellation Policy

At Tristar Immigration, we understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel our services. Our cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations can be made and the corresponding procedures.

1. Eligibility for Cancellations

  • Cancellations are applicable only for services that have been scheduled but not yet initiated.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date.
  • Cancellations requested within 7 days of the service date may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Non-Cancellable Services

Certain services are non-cancellable once confirmed. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Visa application submissions to government authorities.
  • Third-party service arrangements such as translations, attestations, and courier services.

3. Cancellation Request Process

To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Email your cancellation request to Info@tristarimmigration.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request – [Your Name]”. Please include your service details, the reason for cancellation, and any relevant documentation.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information if necessary.
  3. Confirmation: Once your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. If applicable, details regarding any cancellation fees will be provided.

4. Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date will not incur any fees.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the service fee.
  • Non-cancellable services are not eligible for refunds or cancellation.

5. Refunds on Cancellations

  • If a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Cancellation by Tristar Immigration

Tristar Immigration reserves the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances or inability to deliver the agreed-upon services. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, regardless of the stage of service delivery.
